Service need

Solar Group, founded in Denmark in 1919, is international wholesaler with electrical, ventilation and HWS (heating, water and sanitary) components. The group wanted to find one supplier who could offer printing services in all North-European markets – covering seven countries - where Solar is represented.

Solution

Itella Information started to print Solar´s invoices in 2007. Annual volumes rise to 8 000 000 printed sheets and envelopes. In Finland Solar uses also Itella´s e-invoicing services.

Technology

The data is handled and pre-processed in Denmark. The invoices are printed in Norway, Denmark and Finland. In 2008 started printing also in the Netherlands and in 2009 in Sweden and Germany. The pdf versions of all printed pages are sent and saved in Solar´s e-archive.
