Values and ethical guidelines incorporated into daily activities
In addition to the group's strategy, our activities are steered by Itella's values, ethical guidelines and definitions on personnel policy. According to our HR policy, Itella's management is based on respecting people and equality. The focal points of the personnel policy for 2008 are securing the availability and permanency of the workforce and supporting changes.
