We operate in the information and material logistics markets in Northern Europe and provide postal services in Finland. As a provider of postal services, a partner to our corporate customers and an employer to approximately 30,000 people, we are in contact with our partners every day.

Itella's direct customers are mainly enterprises, communities and organisations in the public sector. However, the majority of the end users of our services are consumers, whose satisfaction is essential to Itella's success. We serve companies under the name Itella and consumers under the name Posti.
