A common corporate culture is emerging intensively in all of our subsidiaries. Furthermore, we wish to reward employees for good results, and the results of our latest personnel satisfaction survey were the second best in the 2000s.
We promote tolerance and multiculturalism e.g. through the development of managerial duties, recruitment and job induction. In addition, we are continuing our intensive investments in wellbeing at work. Correspondingly, the Workplace Award granted to us in 2006 is motivating us to continue our determined efforts in promoting physical exercise.
