Itella Logistics is a service logistics company. We offer comprehensive logistics services tailored to the customer's needs. Our logistics services may include the outsourcing of the customer's logistics services in their entirety. Alternatively, our services may include only some of the customer's logistics services, such as transport services, forwarding, service warehousing, or intelligent IT-based solutions.
The solution we offer can be integrated with the customer's own IT systems. Our services allow customers to focus on their own core business operations.

In 2007, we delivered nearly 30 million packages, or over 100,000 packages per day. The largest growth occurred in business-to-business package delivery, and in the number of packages delivered from door to door.

Well-functioning information technology is an essential part of our comprehensive service package. Information technology allows us to integrate the outsourced logistics services with the rest of the company's operations. The Logius system, which is free of charge, allows us to automate the customer's supply and delivery chain in almost its entirety. Only an Internet connection is needed for implementation. We use the Logius warehouse-management system in our own service warehouses as well.

Our consulting services improve the performance of our customers' business operations by offering intelligent and practical solutions for the enhancement of logistics. We undertake a consulting project based on the company's needs, and we provide a reliable, independent service. The project's aim may be, for example, to achieve cost savings, upgrade the level of service, and enhance customer satisfaction. We have completed over 400 different development projects, for more than 200 different types of organisations.
