Itella’s mission describes the ultimate goal of its operations: we ensure the delivery of important items sent by consumers and corporate customers - in both physical and electronic format.
Itella is committed to sustainable development. We strive to operate responsibly towards the environment, society and our employees.
Vision
The vision lays out our objective for the future. Itella’s main market areas are Northern and Eastern Europe, and Russia. In the near future, we will expand our operations into new countries in eastern Central Europe, but we strive for market leadership first and foremost in Northern Europe.
By Information Logistics, we refer to the management of information flows, whether the information is on paper or in electronic form. These multi-channel services are provided both by Itella Mail Communication and Itella Information.
Service logistics is related to product flow management i.e. freight, warehousing and delivery services, which are offered by Itella Logistics.
