Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board ensures that the Company is managed according to sound business practices and on a profitable basis, and delivers a statement to the AGM on the Company’s financial statements and auditors’ report.
The Supervisory Board is made up of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 members. The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board are elected by the AGM. Supervisory Board members shall be independent in the way required by the competitive situation. Persons aged 68 or above are not eligible for Supervisory Board members
